Gina Cleverley & Louise Gass
Gina
Gina started her flute studies as a music scholar at Blundell’s School during which time she performed as soloist at the Purcell Room and St John Smiths Square. She then went on to gain a music degree at Southampton University where she played principal flute and piccolo in the University Symphony Orchestra. She continued her studies with Susan Milan and Chrisopher Hyde Smith to gain her Diploma in Teaching with distinction and spent 5 years tutoring in Surrey before moving to Somerset with her family. She now enjoys teaching at several schools in the Somerset area. Gina is currently playing with several local groups including Somerset Flutes and Flutetto.
Louise
Louise is a flautist and an Associate of Trinity College London with a distinction in flute performance.
Encouraged by her parents, she has been playing the flute, recorders and piano since the age of 9.
Louise is an events musician and plays a varied repertoire including early, classical, jazz and pop. She plays with several groups including the Welsh TV & Film Orchestra and The LLH Trio. Louise is also a music tutor teaching from her music studio at home.
A believer that you are never too young for music, she also owns and runs In Tune Babies, a baby music and sensory class.
